The Farm at Natchez Trace has Lodging Staff on the premises 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
We are typically open to the public Monday – Sunday (7 days) 10am-6pm
We are closed to the public on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Our lodging rates do not change for Holiday/High Demand periods, however over the following periods we require a 3-night minimum stay, a 50% deposit and 30 days’ notice of cancellation (or changes that remove dates from the High Demand Period)

Fall Break: October 9 – 19, 2026
Thanksgiving: November 20 – 30, 2026
Winter Holidays: December 17, 2026 – January 4, 2027
2027
Spring Break: March 12 – 29, 2027
Memorial Day: May 27– June 1, 2027
Independence Day: July 1 – 5, 2027
