The health and safety of each of our guests is very important to us. All pets must be current in accordance with our policy:
REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS for DOGS:
- Bordetella : must have been administered within the previous 6 months
- Canine Influenza: should be up to date and not expire during stay. (If it is the first time receiving the H3N2 vaccine, both doses of the initial series must be completed before arrival)
- Distemper/Parvo Virus: annual or 3 year vaccine should be up to date and not expire during the stay
- Rabies: annual or 3 year vaccine should be up to date and not expire during the stay
- Puppies must meet all the above requirements and have completed ALL series of puppy vaccines
Please note: If your dog has had a respiratory illness that’s contagious to other dogs, such as Canine Cough or Canine Flu, we cannot permit him/her to visit The Farm until a minimum of 21 days has passed since diagnosis, without any setback in the recovery and without ongoing symptoms. We appreciate your partnership in keeping all our guests healthy and safe.
CATS:
- Rabies: annual or 3 year vaccine should be up to date and not expire during the stay
- FVRCP: annual or 3 year vaccine should be up to date and not expire during the stay
- Kittens should meet above requirements and have received all rounds of kitten shots.
ALL PETS:
Vaccines must have been administered by a Veterinary Clinic. We do not accept self-administered vaccines or those administered by third-parties who are not veterinarians (e.g: rescue organizations). If your pet requires an updated vaccination, it should be done no later than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Titers will be accepted with proper documentation. *If you have any concerns about vaccines, we advise consulting your veterinarian to make the best decision for your pet.
