A: Each service is an elevated grooming experience, thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, balance, and overall well-being. Baths include a premium all-natural shampoo and conditioning treatment, nail trim and grind, ear cleaning, blow drying with sound protection, and a thorough brush out. Long-haired dogs receive sanitary trims and paw pad trims. Clients should advise if they prefer to skip that.
Haircuts include all of the above, complemented by tailored styling to suit your pet’s coat, structure, and lifestyle.
Anal gland expression is available upon request at no additional cost.
Q: My dog is matted – What are my options?
A: Matting can compromise both comfort and skin health, and must be approached with care and intention. In many cases, the most humane and stress-free solution is to remove matting by refining the coat to a shorter length.
When appropriate, light dematting may be performed as an additional service; however, we will never compromise your pet’s comfort for the sake of coat length. Every recommendation is made with a focus on safety, gentleness, and a positive grooming experience.
Q: How can I prevent matting between appointments?
A: A well-maintained coat begins at home. Consistent brushing, tailored to your pet’s specific coat type, is essential in preserving softness, movement, and overall coat integrity.

Q: How do I ensure I get the groom I want?
A: Exceptional results begin with thoughtful communication. We encourage a one-on-one consultation with your groomer, either prior to your appointment or on arrival. Providing a well-lit photo or two can also be helpful!
Q: What time should I bring my pet in?
A: Our salon operates seven days a week. Grooming appointments are scheduled for drop off at either 8:30 AM or 12:00 PM , while the drop-off window for bath appointments is between 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
Your appointment time will be confirmed at booking, and you will have the opportunity to consult with your groomer upon arrival.
Q: Can I combine my dog’s salon day with daycare?
A: Yes, and no! Woof Club members can choose to do a Half Day Play -Half Day Salon. Woof Club dogs will be taken to the salon between 12pm and 1pm so bring them early that morning for maximum fun!
Adventure Day Camp cannot be booked along with a groom due to the scheduling conflicts, but can be booked along with a bath which takes less time.
Q: What is a special handling fee?
A: We recognize that each pet is unique, and our team is highly skilled in providing attentive, compassionate care across a range of temperaments. In certain cases, additional time, support, or a second handler may be required to ensure a calm and secure experience.
When this level of care is necessary, a handling fee may be applied. Any additional measures are taken with discretion and only when essential, always prioritizing your pet’s safety and comfort.
